Hey, do not be too hard on me I am not that into tech. I am looking for purchasing guidance. I want to be able to create music, edit videos, and play games (primarily TF2 and CS2, but I’d also like to be able to run more demanding games). I need a sturdy laptop that will last me for a long time. I have been thinking about the one attached, but I’m just curious if there are any more affordable and functional options I should consider.
Even though I would have to spend about $350 in taxes and who knows how much for delivery, I kind of want to buy it.
Undoubtedly, the laptop is good.
It is a deal man, I would jump on it
Everything is fantastic, and I have it. operates Helldivers in ultra mode. No difficulties at all.
I own it and I have no regrets. Just be mindful of the screen upon receipt mine is distorted and has some poor screen bleed in the edges. I do not notice it because I have an external display, but it could be motivating to look for.
A medium-range gaming laptop is the TUF. Continues to function okay. Choose the ROG series from ASUS if you want top tier performance. Given your want to perform workstation tasks, perhaps a Zephyrus.
The specifications are respectable. Video editing is the sole restriction. For that workload, an Intel or Nvidia CPU with rapid sync may be preferable. I like aand, but if you’re making a lot of videos, you might want to give that some thought.
Asus’s warranty service has a poor history. Check out their subreddit for YouTube examples of gamers’ nexus videos.
I will not be doing a lot of video editing. Probably just editing the camcorder footage to be more concise etc.
That being said, it should be alright.
