It’s a HP Pavilion gaming laptop and the model is 18-a0022TX.
The regular charging ports broken and repair is gonna take a few days, I need it for an online exam.

No, data transfer and mobile charging only
No mention in the manual, so probably not
No. You can charge your devices from the laptop, and also use it for another screen if you want, but the laptop itself must be charged through its own charging port - not seen in picture
it has the display port icon so output only

You gotta love how that symbol is ambiguous enough that it could either be read as “DP” (display port) or “PD” (power delivery). In fact, while doing an image search to try to find the logo for Power Delivery, I saw the Display Port logo come up.
@Joss
yeh lots of variations and mixups possible. the thunder sign is also another one … mostly refers to thunderbolt but ive also seen it used to reference fast charging

Is that true? My Victus has display port through the USB C and you can charge it with up to 100W, although only when the laptop is turned off. But it doesn’t have the display port icon!
@Avery
unfortunately there is no forced standard on how they can or should be set to work and marked, one should always read well the original manufacturer documentation not to risk ruining something with trial and error
@Penn
Of course there is. You should be able to plug anything into a USB C port and the port should either accept it or not depending on what it can support. Of course things could go wrong and not be to the correct standards, but if you stick to reliable brands, nothing should break.
Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated!
Gaming laptops are a big NO, since the power supplies are too big for usb c to either hold, or not secure enough for usb c

You can run 240W through a USB-C cable, that’s plenty for something like a 3050 with a low-power i5.
OPs laptop does not support it, but plenty laptops do
@Merritt
I thought it was 100W, but I have yet to see a usbc charged gaming laptop.

You can charge a Victus with 100W through USB C, but only when it is turned off.

My old legion refused to do so, so this is pretty entertaining. (My 300W charger didn’t charge my friends laptop 115W)
@Zyler
Well, I’ve never actually tried it, but the documentation says you can.

Framework 16 takes 180W though USB. Not exactly a gaming laptop, but the closest I know of

Mine. Lenovo legion. 230W USBC charger. Not as fast as the other plug, but it works.

Some of them do support power over USB-C, and can power and charge while not gaming.
