Hi, I’ve owned a laptop for two weeks now, and I’ve been having issues with Netflix, primarily. I bought a Chromebook because I only need to type things in Google Docs and watch Netflix.
Every time I open Netflix, it gives an error code. My boyfriend is a developer, and the issue is not Netflix. It’s my laptop, but we can’t seem to figure out what the issue is. When I restart my laptop, Netflix works again, but I have to do this every day, which is annoying for a 400 euro laptop I just bought.
So, do you think the issue is the Chromebook itself being trash, or is there another issue you can think of? Or maybe you’ve had a similar issue with a Chromebook? I can still bring it back to the shop. It’s the HP Chromebook x360 14B-cd0025n d.
Things we’ve tried:
Cleared application data (including third-party)
Incognito mode
Firefox (but Netflix didn’t even support it)
Did everything from the Netflix help center and called Netflix, but the error code doesn’t exist.
@Onyx
So it’s just a code and Netflix has no article on it? Least informative error I’ve seen. I can’t think of anything else then, aside from the things you did. Sorry.

Thanks anyway for responding and I know, haha, it makes no sense.
