I prefer a 14-inch screen but I’m not sure how to judge the Intel iGPU. I mainly need it for basic office tasks and good battery life. I’d also like it to handle light gaming without much trouble.
Thanks for any advice!
@Cameron
For basic office work and light gaming, an iGPU should be enough. Modern APUs usually have decent integrated graphics.

So, is there any significant difference between these three options?
@Cameron
The 14-inch model has a strong CPU and is very portable. The larger 16-inch ones can be bulky, so keep that in mind if you need something easy to carry.
The Ryzen 7 8840U has better integrated graphics and is more power-efficient, which can give you better battery life overall.
Stay away from HP. They tend to break down slowly over time.

I remember HP and Dell being pretty bad a decade ago. Are there any objective comparisons between brands?

I’ve seen some positive feedback for Lenovo and Dell. They seem to be durable from what I’ve observed, but I haven’t personally owned one yet.

Dell can be problematic, especially with their hinge issues. My screen cracked just from opening the lid.

Yikes, that’s rough.
If your budget allows, consider getting a desktop instead.
