Tape like packaging tape or that orange electrical tape. Lay it across the screw and then attempt it again

Those screws require a PH1 (Philips #1) bit. Also, Dell does not hide HDD bays under the battery in their newer design systems.

Use some alcohol vro, it will come out…else if it damaged and free, just pat it will come out, enjoy
