I’m considering buying this laptop for 643 dollars but I’m not sure if it’s a good deal. Could anyone share their thoughts or experiences with a similar model?
It might help if you shared what you need the laptop for

What specific applications or tasks will you be using it for?
It’s an average laptop at best, both in terms of specifications and price
It depends on what you need it for. It’s not suitable for demanding games but fine for everyday tasks like document editing and internet browsing. It has 16GB RAM and an i7 processor which are great but the storage and graphics are basic
That price is a bit high for an IdeaPad. You might find better deals
You can get a better or similar laptop for less or even a decent gaming laptop at that price range
Check out the ASUS M5506UA, it has a better CPU, SSD, and screen
yes, it’s a good deal
You can get more for your money. Learning about Intel and Ryzen CPUs will help you find a better model
It’s fairly priced
Consider a Thinkpad instead, they are more durable and have better build quality
The AMD version I have has poor durability, it gets very hot and loud and it’s less than 2 years old, I wouldn’t recommend it
I bought the Ryzen 7 variant for 600 dollars at Walmart. It runs some games decently at medium settings if you’re looking to game occasionally
Consider the AMD Variant with 845HS instead, it offers better battery and GPU performance for a lower price
This laptop is decent, but the price is a bit too high for its age and specs
This model has a fragile keyboard and hinges, and it’s generally low quality. Consider an older gaming laptop for better durability and performance
It only has integrated graphics, so it’s not suitable for gaming
Look for a used Thinkpad instead
