@Blane
Not sure what model you are talking about. My 32gb ddr5 1tb r7 8840 was $1400
@Blane
Well, p series thinkpads have GPU options. Thinkpads last at least 10 years, which is most likely more than a zbook

Uh… No ? Zbooks also last very long, 10 years and more, and you can easily upgrade any part, gpu inculded over the years ?
@Blane
Well, In reality Thinkpads are way better priced on the used market

If I’m saying all this I actually looked and no they don’t, at least here in the EU

Last more than 10 years.
As a service provider for Dell, Lenovo & HP, any P-Series ThinkPad that makes it past the 6 year mark is a miracle in of itself. 7+ years is child’s play for a Zbook.
@Shan
I wouldn’t say so. If you search Thinkpad on eBay, you can find well over 20 year old laptops still fine

20 year old P/W series or an ancient T60 from the early 2000’s? They are not the same thing.

HP in general isn’t good
Their repair process is atrociously bad. 0 accountability for lost productivity. My laptop came back from a 40 day repair in a worse stare and the the idiot agent wants me to go through it all over again. I don’t think any company treats their customers this horribly
Return that shit for sure.
Yes, your device is damaged and the screen may break after a short period of use, then they tell you that the warranty does not cover the use because the screen is exposed to damage.
Good selfie!!
Nah, now seriously, return it.
iPhone users whenever they see their reflection
Return, that display is cooked
Except for your reflection… Why?
A replacement’s apt to be the same.
I have a Lenovo that’s similarly afflicted, but it’s only noticeable upon startup when the screen’s fully black. During use, even in dark mode, one can’t tell it’s there.
Yes
Had three hp’s, all broke…
Return it and get a Dell Inspiron 2 in 1. The ones with AMD processors have excellent graphics capabilities compared to Intel powered 2 in 1 laptops. The Dell Inspiron also has actual RAM sticks instead of soldered, so it’s more repairable.
@Cleo
What about a Thinkpad
